Sansd (Jiangsu) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 with a registered capital of USD 50 million and total investment of USD 150 million. Located in the Jurong Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, the company operates a modern industrial park spanning 150 mu (approximately 100,000 square meters) with a total building area exceeding 70,000 square meters. Sansd employs over 400 staff, more than 30% of whom are dedicated to research and development and quality management.
As a National High-Tech Enterprise and a council member of the China Plastic Processing Industry Association, Sansd is committed to a fully integrated green closed-loop system encompassing the R&D, manufacturing, recycling, regeneration, and delivery of advanced polymeric materials—including EVA/PE foams, TPE yoga mats, children’s play mats, supercritical foaming materials, rubber-plastic foamed compounds, CR, EPDM, and EVA color masterbatches.
On the manufacturing front, Sansd operates an integrated production line covering “regenerated pelletizing—precision foaming—deep processing—automated packaging,” enabling efficient end-to-end closed-loop operations. The company maintains daily production capacities of 1,500 cubic meters of EVA sheets, 12,000 yoga mats, and 200,000 meters of rolled goods. Its facilities include high-precision equipment such as Dah Tyan hydraulic presses, 10 continuous foaming lines, 20 deep-processing assembly lines, and 15 automated packaging lines. Additionally, the plant houses 33 vulcanizing presses, 15 open mills, and 18 engraving machines, along with a reserve of over 100 customer-specific die-cutting molds. In collaboration with Toyo Design (Japan), Sansd has implemented advanced automation to rapidly respond to customized requirements. Precise temperature control, real-time quality monitoring, and a full-batch traceability system ensure consistent performance and stable quality from raw materials to finished products.

These systems ensure 100% compliant discharge of production wastewater and dust, making green manufacturing fully verifiable and traceable. An enterprise-wide ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) management system ensures operations meet international industrial standards.

All recycled raw materials originate from controlled collection channels, and the entire production process is fully traceable. Furthermore, the company’s products comply with multiple international safety and environmental standards, including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH, California Proposition 65 (CA65), and EU EN71, fully satisfying stringent chemical control and social responsibility requirements of major brands in Europe and North America.
